Ice Claw - US & Canada launch

My American and Canadian publishers have launched Ice Claw with its crystal clear, ice blue cover - it looks as though it's come straight off the snowboarding slopes where Max Gordon nearly meets his end. It's an excellent cover, so thanks to everyone involved.
